Returns and Replacements
What returns do you accept?
We accept returns of products purchased on CleanPlanetware.com. If you purchased your Clean Planetware from another retailer please return them to that retailer.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on Clean Planetware, simply return it within 30 days and we will happily credit your original form of payment. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, please email us at email@example.com and we will promptly issue you one.

Make sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice and include your Return Authorization Number. Please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and keep a copy of these numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost returns.
My product has a manufacturing defect, what should I do?
We do our best to make sure each item is perfect, but occasionally there can be a glitch. If you have a quality problem with one of our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please include a photo.
